In the Studio, the top right is what is labeled ‘volume’, although this really should be labeled ‘fader’,
as it was used to fade in and out when using the ‘studio-microphone’,
so you can turn down the volume of the music stream and talk over it.

So when you use this volume control it LOWERS the volume for ALL your listeners of the music stream to our players,
our apps, and other devices & players.

We recommend you do NOT use this as your listeners will be affected unless your using the microphone in the Studio
(note: Microphone in studio does NOT stream to our mobile apps, Tunein, etc.)

Again: it is NOT a volume for the DJ/Host, it is for the music stream going out to YOUR listeners.

No Sound Issue:
If the volume is turned down when you leave the studio,
then when your listeners when going to listen via our players, mobile apps, etc.,
they won’t hear anything until they move the volume control on the player,
and it sounds like your station is dead or not playing.
If this has happened, the fix is : go into the studio,
turn up the volume to max and then to just over half way and then exit the studio,
it should now be fixed
