When registering or managing a KryKey Radio station, information may include your name, email address, station name, call sign, station frequency, location, station logo, genre, host/DJ information, social-media details and account credentials or passcode information required by the service.

Station Content

Broadcasters may upload audio and station media to the KryKey Radio platform. This can include songs, podcasts, promos, adverts, news, jingles and other authorised material. Station owners remain responsible for the content they upload and broadcast.

How Information Is Used

To create and operate radio-station accounts.
To provide the Studio, Media Library, listener pages and related platform functions.
To manage subscriptions, available upgrades and account support.
To maintain service security, reliability and technical operation.
To communicate about the operation of the service where necessary.

Public Station Information

Information intended to identify or promote a radio station may be displayed publicly on station listener pages or the KryKey Radio station directory. This can include station name, logo, location, genre, host/DJ details and social links supplied for public display.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled through the payment options made available during registration or account management. KryKey Radio should not be treated as a substitute for the privacy policies and security terms of the applicable third-party payment provider.

Security

KryKey Radio uses reasonable technical and operational measures intended to protect the service and account information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Broadcasters should retain their own backup copies of important uploaded content.

Account holders may update available station and account information through the Studio/Admin functions. Requests concerning personal information can be directed through KryKey Radio support.
