TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The Service

KryKey Radio provides an online radio broadcasting platform that may include a web-based Studio, streaming services, Media Library storage, listener pages, station-management functions and optional upgrades.

2. Subscriptions

KryKey Radio station services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All prices displayed on the KryKey Radio website are in USD unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Plans and Upgrades

Features and included Media Library capacity depend on the selected plan. Available upgrades may be added through Studio Admin. Additional Media Library space is currently offered in stackable 1GB lots at $3.99 USD/month per additional 1GB. Features, limits and upgrade options may change as the platform develops.

4. Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for maintaining control of account access details and for activity carried out through the station account. Account information should be kept accurate and current.

5. Content and Copyright

KryKey Radio provides the broadcasting platform only. Each radio station is responsible for all content it uploads, stores and broadcasts and for obtaining all licences, permissions and rights required for that content.

This includes music, podcasts, interviews, adverts, jingles, sound effects, news, recorded programmes, live-event audio and other protected material.

6. Acceptable Use

The service must not be used unlawfully, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with the platform or other users, or to distribute content the broadcaster has no right to transmit.

7. Media and Backups

Broadcasters should maintain their own copies of important media and station content. KryKey Radio should not be used as the sole archival copy of uploaded material.

8. Service Availability

KryKey Radio aims to provide a reliable broadcasting service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, third-party services, device compatibility and events outside KryKey Radio's reasonable control may affect service availability.

9. Third-Party Services

Some functions may depend on browsers, operating systems, payment providers, social platforms or other third-party services. KryKey Radio is not responsible for the independent operation of those third parties.

10. Future Features

Features described as planned, in development or coming soon are not guaranteed to be available on a particular date and may change before release.

11. Cancellation

Where cancellation is available through account management or support, cancellation prevents future renewal in accordance with the applicable billing process. Access to paid services may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

12. Suspension or Termination

KryKey Radio may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, misuse of the service, security reasons, legal requirements or serious breach of these terms.

13. Changes to the Service

KryKey Radio is an actively developing platform. Features, interfaces, plans, limits and optional upgrades may be modified as the service develops.

14. Support

Support is provided for the KryKey Radio platform. Support does not include third-party software repair, internet-provider problems, copyright licensing advice or repair of customer devices and equipment.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on the KryKey Radio website.
